Project duration: 1 September 2018 \u2013 1 September 2020.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Erasmus Mundus Master&#8217;s Programme MITRA &#8220;Intercultural Mediation: Identities, Mobilities, Conflicts&#8221;<\/strong> Funded by the European Commission. Programme Coordinator: Dr hab. Marcelina Zuber. Since 2012, the Institute of Sociology has been a partner in the international Erasmus Mundus Master&#8217;s programme MITRA (M\u00e9diation interculturelle : identit\u00e9s, mobilit\u00e9s, conflits). The programme run by the Institute of Sociology is one of three at the University of Wroc\u0142aw; approximately twenty such programmes operate across Poland. Other partners include: Universit\u00e9 de Lille (France), Katholieke Universiteit Leuven (Belgium), University College Cork (Ireland), Babe\u0219-Bolyai University (Romania), Cheikh Anta Diop University in Dakar (Senegal), Universidad Nacional Aut\u00f3noma de M\u00e9xico (Mexico), and Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (Brazil). The Institute of Sociology participates in specialization track no. 3, titled &#8220;Territoires et mobilit\u00e9s : approche comparative&#8221; (Territories and Mobilities: A Comparative Approach).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Project &#8220;Cultures Hand to Hand&#8221;<\/strong> An Erasmus+ project funded by the European Union, organized by representatives of the Turkish NGO &#8220;Kargenc Club.&#8221; The project is implemented in partnership with Lithuania, Latvia, Hungary, Azerbaijan, and Poland. Total number of participants from 6 countries: 30 people and 7 leaders. Project implementation: 9\u201318 February 2018. Location: Turkey, Karasu\/Sakarya. The Polish group included two undergraduate students from the social work programme and a team leader (Dr Monika Wiktorowicz-Sosnowska). Student participation was facilitated by the &#8220;\u017byj kolorowo&#8221; (Live Colorfully) association, with which the AKNSPS &#8220;PO MOC&#8221; Student Research Circle established a partnership.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Project: &#8220;Training Highly Qualified Specialists for the Public Sphere in a Trans-European Dimension&#8221;<\/strong> Co-funded by the European Union under the European Social Fund, Operational Programme Human Capital. Implemented by the Department of Sociology of Dispositional Groups in partnership with the Armed Forces Academy of General Milan Rastislav \u0160tef\u00e1nik in Liptovsk\u00fd Mikul\u00e1\u0161.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Project: Specialization in the Master&#8217;s Programme in Sociology titled &#8220;Sociology of Space in Local Settings&#8221;<\/strong> Part of the &#8220;Academy of Development as the Key to Strengthening the Polish Economy&#8221; programme, co-funded by the European Union under the European Social Fund.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>International project &#8220;Migrant Integration Through Education (MINTE)&#8221;<\/strong> Co-funded under the Erasmus+ programme. The project aims to support the integration of Ukrainians forced to migrate to Central and Eastern Europe. Dr Agnieszka Bielewska coordinates one component of the project. More information: <a href=\"https:\/\/minte.edu.pl\/\" type=\"link\" id=\"https:\/\/minte.edu.pl\/\">project main website<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/profile.php?id=61573012371993\" type=\"link\" id=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/profile.php?id=61573012371993\">Facebook page<\/a>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>INTERACT (Intercultural Training for Caregivers: Ageing, Relational Skills and Digital Issues)<\/strong> is an Erasmus+ Cooperation Partnership running from 2025 to 2028, with the University of Wroc\u0142aw&#8217;s share amounting to \u20ac66,500. The project is coordinated by Universit\u00e9 de Lille, with partners including universities from Poland (University of Wroc\u0142aw), Italy, Portugal, Romania, and Canada, as well as local institutions such as the Municipality of Wroc\u0142aw. The project aims to improve the quality of care for vulnerable elderly people through intercultural training, digital health competencies, and burnout prevention for caregivers.
